ElliotSmith, LLC partners with leaders and organizations to develop and succeed through the lens of purpose; living, leading, and engaging with purpose. Turning off “auto pilot” and turning on a keener sense of awareness, purpose, and intention is the way many leaders make a difference.
Experience has shown us that many leaders do not realize the potential they have within. Often times leaders look to accomplish their objectives by focusing mostly on process and structure. Too often opportunities are missed because of a lack of focus on self and others.
There are many organizations that offer leadership coaching, consulting, and development. It is Shelley’s passion for purpose and talent in recognizing and building potential that sets ElliotSmith, LLC apart from others. Shelley sees things through future possibilities and helps individuals and organizations identify and apply that for personal and professional results. The work isn’t just a job or a contract, it is an opportunity to make a difference in and with others. That is the power behind Live, Lead, Engage with Purpose.
