Shelley’s Experience & Credentials
Shelley recently served as the Senior Director, Leadership Development at a nationally recognized integrated health care system. She led the team responsible for leadership development including coaching and mentoring, high potential development, and physician and advanced practice provider leadership development.
Shelley was involved with the build out and startup of a new regional medical center campus, restructuring of a department involving the transition of individuals into newly defined roles, working with executive teams on strategic business issues and ongoing leadership development initiatives, and the build and implementation of the Institution’s Coaching Practice Center.
Previously, Shelley spent 16 years with a major financial services company in various leadership and consulting positions. Her key accomplishments include the financial and regulatory turnaround of a branch office, the development and implementation of a key associate development program, and the oversight of the employee and organizational development department.
Shelley holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is near completion of her M.B.A. from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is an ICF Certified Coach and holds executive coaching certifications from the Institute of Organization Development, the Coach Academy International, and The Physician Coaching Institute. She is a practitioner of the MBTI, the Hogan Assessment Suite, Clifton StrengthsFinder, KornFerry Voices 360, Lominger Leadership Architect, Situational Leadership, and Prosci Change Management.

Shelley A. Smith
CEO and Founder
Shelley is the passion behind ElliotSmith, LLC. Any spare time she has she spends with her grandsons, her K9 crew, and her husband enjoying their three acres in the country or taking motorcycle rides through the many beautiful roads in the Lake Country area of Wisconsin and the rest of the United States.
Elliot and Smith
These are the name's sakes of ElliotSmith, LLC. Elliot and Smith are Shelley’s two grandsons. They bring a special joy to her life and help her define the purpose by which she lives.
Dunkel and Reuben
Meet Dunkel (Bullmastiff) and Reuben (Dogue de Bordeaux). They are the security team for ElliotSmith, LLC. They also provide a sense of calm and are a great help when times of reflection and mindfulness are needed.
